The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. It would have been amazing if I'd had a car.
It is accessible from Versailles, but by no means is it 5 minutes away. It was a 20 minute bus ride followed by a ten minute walk. There weren't restaurants nearby that were accessible walking, but there was a grocery store next door.

The standard rooms are small and the hotel is very noisy.

Nice hotel in a calm residential area, just outside of Versailles. Very clean and tastefully decorated.
Potential guests should be aware that the hotel reception in closed overnight and there's no service number to call in case of a problem. The lock to our room's door was stuck one evening and we couldn't enter our room for over half an hour. We did eventually succeed in getting the door to open, and we reported the problem to reception in the morning. Despite this hiccup, we did enjoy the hotel and would stay there again without question.

Nice decoration and clean rooms.
Room was very small and the hotel staff did not speak English too well. Breakfast is simple and not worth of 9 euro.

Pretty close to versille if you have a car. We had no problems about 10 minutes. There are a few restarants in town. The owner which was a really nice woman recommended a place down the street excellent french food for a reasonable price.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly and the location was good (10 km from Versailles castle)
There wasn't a bathroom, only a shower cabin and in front of it a toilet room

Extremely helpful reception staff. Nothing too much trouble. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast choice, but expensive.

We loved the accent on newly refurbished comfort and efficiency. We were able to walk around the Buc chateau grounds nearby and see green parrots even though we were only a few miles from central Paris. This hotel is not very convenient to Versailles, yet is in a quiet neighborhood. One must ask for driving directions to the Palace - the hotel is able to provide those.
There are no restaurants nearby. One must drive to central Versailles. However, the staff can provide a light lunch or dinner as well as breakfast.
